Frequently asked questions

1. What areas do you serve?

We are based in Southwest Missouri and typically serve areas within a hour drive of Springfield. Including Bolivar, Branson, Nixa, Ozark, and Republic among others. Want to glamp further out? Contact us and we can discuss options. 


2. How much space do we need? 

We need a reasonably flat minimum 20 x 20 ft space for each outdoor tent and 6 x 4 ft for each indoor tent. Please make sure your space is safe, easily accessible, and free of pets and their poo. For indoor tents all furniture must be moved prior to our arrival.


3. When will you set up my tent? 

We try to have the tents set up by 4 p.m. on check in day and take them down starting at 10 a.m. on check out day. Check in and check out time can vary due to weather and other factors. If you would like an earlier check in or later check out just let us know and if we will be more than happy to accommodate if possible.

4. What if it rains? 

The high quality canvas tents are 100% rainproof and can withstand most weather and therefore we will set up even in the rain. That being said if severe weather is expected on your date we will work with you to get your glamping experience rescheduled as soon as possible based on availability. Also keep in mind we do offer indoor glamping as an option as well.

5. What if I need to cancel? 

Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance of your booking date are 100% refundable. Cancellations from 1-2 weeks in advance of your booking date are 50% refundable. Unfortunately we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellations of 1 week or less in advance or your booking date. We can however reschedule your glamping experience to any available dates free of charge. 


6. What should we bring?

We provide the tent and all of the bedding, decor, and furnishings. You should bring along any clothing, personal items, cooler with ice, food, and drink you may need. 


7. What about my pet? 

Although we love furbabies, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets at this time.

8. What are your cleaning protocols? 

All of our linens are laundered between uses. All decorative items and hard surfaces are sprayed and wiped down with disinfectant. We use allergen covers on our pillows and lastly we offer socially distanced drop off and pick up. In fact, as long as we can safely access your glampsite you don't even have to be present during set up and take down.

9. Can I book more than one tent? 

Absolutely! Depending upon tent availability and space we can set up as many tents as you need. 

10. Can we book multiple nights? 

Yes, in fact we offer a discount for multiple nights!
